Friday June/02/06 was a cool rainy nite Nite @JFK featuring the first dance of the season.To-nite also featured a Teen event in conjunction w/the Pottsville Bi-Cenntenial Celebration.There was a very respectable turnout of 275 in spite of the rainy weather. Regular Splash Party Dance wiill resume this Tuesday 6/06/06.
Teen Nite @Goodfellas Electric Warehouse will resume this Sunday 6/04/06 w/DjRay + VjFrank doing big screen video.PLCB regulations requires that all teens be chaperoned and that all alcholic bevergaes be removed from the bar area.Info on dance call Goodfellas Cafe @570-628-2474 or Electric Warehouse @570-628-5404
Attention Parents:Anytime there is lighting along with the showers ,the dance will be immediately canceled due to the dangers of Lighting.Some of the students were waiting at 10:15pm and still had not been picked up by their parents.
PS: Students throwing thrash in the pool area. Do Not Do this!!!!!Use the Garbage Cans please. Plus you must wear a swim suit when entering the pool.
PS:Parents:this dance is highly supervised by life guards,manager,assistant manager,JFK Staff,& Police.There is no smoking allowed by anyone on the premises,there is an age limit which is 12th grade and the parking lot is watched after the dance is ended.Anyone congregating in the parking lot will be asked by the Police to leave.
